Duties and responsibilities related to the Bartender role

• Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times.
• Have full knowledge of food, drink menus, and other hotel outlets.
• Follow Bar service standards, including upselling and making recommendations.
• Handle guest orders, payments, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow opening/closing procedures, and care for equipment.
• Work as part of an efficient, supportive team and communicate well.
• Be aware of and follow health, safety, fire, and security procedures.
