What youll do
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with flair and precision.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets and catering events.
Manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering.
Demonstrate knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes to enhance guest experiences.
Uphold responsible serving practices to ensure a safe environment for all patrons.
Basic qualifications
Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a bustling environment.
Preferred qualifications
Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations.
Excellent math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Experience in fine dining or catering services is a plus.
