Do you have Team Teach or restraint training and experience working with challenging behaviour? Are you a Behaviour Mentor with experience working within a PRU or alternative provision? If you answered yes, then this is the Behaviour Mentor role for you! The Role Behaviour Mentor Qualiteach are looking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to work within a PRU based in Westminster. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting KS3KS4 students who present with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs and are at risk of exclusion. You will be required to implement behaviour strategies, provide 1:1 and small group support and assist with de-escalation and crisis management when required. Team Teach or restraint training is essential for this role. The successful Behaviour Mentor will be resilient, proactive and experienced working in high-pressure environments such as PRUs or AP settings. The School Behaviour Mentor
