The role Behaviour Mentor

An inclusive and well-respected mainstream secondary school in Camden is seeking a committed Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral support team. You will work with students who require additional behavioural support, providing one-to-one mentoring, small-group interventions, and emotional guidance. You will support students both inside and outside the classroom, helping them develop positive coping strategies and improve engagement with learning. Working closely with teachers and the SEN and pastoral teams, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour across the school. Previous experience in a behaviour-focused or youth support role is highly desirable.
