What we’re looking for: Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs or challenging behaviour Strong relationship-building and behaviour management skills A calm, consistent, and restorative approach to de-escalation Confidence delivering 1:1 or small group behaviour interventions Bonus: Experience in youth work, mentoring, sport coaching, or pastoral support
