Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we’re currently working with an international architectural and masterplanning firm on the lookout for a Bid Coordinator based in London.


- Hourly rates Inside IR35 (large rate variation depending on experience).

- 4 days required in the London office – 1 day remote


Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in bid coordination or marketing within the architecture, engineering, or construction.
  • Software proficiency - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office is essential.
  • A degree in architecture, design, business, or communications is preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Management: Coordinating and producing high-quality responses for RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs, and PQQs (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires).
  • Visual Storytelling: Using Adobe InDesign to create visually compelling bid documents, presentations, and brochures that align with the firm's graphic standards.
  • Content Curation: Maintaining the "bid library," which includes updated project case studies, staff CVs, and image assets.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Working closely with Directors, Associates, and external consultants to gather technical information and define pursuit strategies.
  • Market Tracking: Managing CRM systems (like Salesforce or CMAP) to track leads, opportunities, and the tender pipeline.
