They are now seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their London team, bringing strong organisational expertise along with proven experience in bid coordination and office finances.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the London office, ensuring efficient operations and a positive workplace culture. * Support the preparation, coordination, and submission of bids and proposals, liaising closely with technical teams and senior management. * Manage office financial processes including invoicing, budget monitoring, and expense management. * Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with company policies and support HR/administrative functions as needed.
