They are now seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join their growing team based in Ingatestone, supporting the continued expansion of public sector and framework opportunities. Role Overview As a Bid Writer, you will take ownership of producing high-quality, compelling and compliant written submissions, working with internal teams to deliver winning responses. Responsibilities include: Managing the full bid lifecycle for PQQs, SQs, ITTs, tenders and framework submissions Producing clear, persuasive and well-structured written content Coordinating input from Operations, Commercial, H&S, HR and Senior Management Developing bid strategies, win themes and value propositions
