An established and forward-thinking energy and building performance consultancy is seeking a proactive and technically astute BMS Key Account Manager to join their growing team. With a strong focus on improving energy performance across commercial sites, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on clients’ carbon goals and operational efficiency.
Working closely with internal technical teams, engineers, and external partners, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of energy performance and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of energy and maintenance contracts.
* Drive the delivery of energy-saving initiatives and client actions across multiple sites.
* Liaise with energy analysts to ensure consumption budgets are met.
* Work with the helpdesk team to manage engineer attendance and maintain service within budget.
* Oversee contract delivery and development, with a focus on continuous improvement and portfolio enhancement.
