BMS Project Manager

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Vehicle + Package

Are you an experienced BMS professional ready to take ownership of high-value projects in London? This role offers the chance to work on flagship developments, combining flexibility, autonomy, and career growth with a strong package of benefits.

The Role

* Deliver BMS projects from initial kick-off through to commissioning and handover.

* Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and risk registers.

* Lead engineers, subcontractors, and site teams across London-based projects.

* Act as the key client contact, ensuring communication and delivery are aligned.

* Oversee quality, safety, and technical compliance across all works.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven Project Manager experience, or a Senior BMS Engineer ready to step up.

* Strong technical background with platforms such as Trend, Tridium, or Siemens.

* Ability to interpret M&E drawings, specifications, and control narratives.

* Track record delivering projects up to £500k within commercial/industrial sectors.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.
