Whats In It for You: Work-life balance 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) Early finish for hitting quarterly targets Quarterly achievable commission Free storage unit for you or your family Recognition programs £250 reward for employee referrals Free on-site parking What Youll Be Doing: Coaching, leading, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and financial targets Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues Winning new business, upselling, and managing existing accounts Ensuring smooth branch operations, including cleanliness, store presentation, key holder, and alarm responsibilities Overseeing the letting of storage rooms and office space, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries Processing card and BACS payments, xehkeey and supporting credit control What Were Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer facing sales, retail or hospitality environment Minimum 2 years of management experience Computer literate Microsoft Suite Flexible/available to work scheduled hours including weekends Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred) All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
