Description

The Building Host will:

Act as the first point of contact for building tenants and visitors, providing professional assistance and support. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building reception, ensuring all facilities are maintained to a high standard. Be actively involved with the marketing team organising business events and activities. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues. Manage tenant requests and ensure their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently. Assist with the implementation of health and safety procedures within the building.
