Major Projects, £10M BMS Package

We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Lead Engineer to join a leading engineering contractor delivering high-profile projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a £10 million BMS package on a flagship development, with strong long-term prospects and continuity of work.

Salary/Package

Key Responsibilities

Managing the delivery of a £10M BMS package on a major London project Coordinating with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors Overseeing design, installation, commissioning, and handover phases Managing project programmes, budgets, and resource planning Ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards Leading project meetings and reporting to senior stakeholders

Desired Experience

Proven experience delivering large-scale BMS projects Strong technical understanding of BMS systems and controls Background working with Tier 1 contractors or major M&E projects Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills Commercial awareness and ability to manage project financials Based in or willing to work in London
