Job Title: Building Health & Safety Manager Salary: £50,369 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday) Location: Maidstone (Hybrid Working) About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Building Health & Safety Manager to join the Police. This pivotal role will lead and support the force’s health and safety strategy, ensuring the safety and compliance of 12 key buildings across Kent. Main purpose of the role: Conduct risk assessments and audit and inspect construction sites, developing and implementing safety protocols, systems, and programmes, with a particular focus on fire, gas, electric, water safety and structural integrity, to identify potential hazards, mitigate risk and ensure compliance with evolving health and safety and other related regulations.
