Duties for the role of Building Surveyor include:

* Provide building maintenance support
* Carry out building condition surveys
* Undertake contact administration
* Carry out project management across multiple sites

Skills and experience for the role of Building Surveyor include:

* Relevant degree within building surveying
* Strong post qualification experience within a relevant role
* Good working knowledge of commercial property
* Proficiency with AutoCAD
* Experience working within the education sector is desirable
* Full UK drivers license
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
