Provide building maintenance support
Carry out building condition surveys
Undertake contact administration
Carry out project management across multiple sitesSkills and experience for the role of Building Surveyor include:

Relevant degree within building surveying
Strong post qualification experience within a relevant role
Good working knowledge of commercial property
Proficiency with AutoCAD
Experience working within the education sector is desirable
Full UK drivers license
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
