Your new company Your new company is a social housing organisation based in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Responsive Repairs Surveyor. Your new role Your new role will require you to carry out inspections on social housing properties, ensuring compliance with the HHSRS and Awaab's law.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will need experience in damp and mould and knowledge of Awaab's law and the associated standards that govern social housing quality standards.
