*Who we’re looking for?*

We need someone with a few years of experience in business analysis or performance management who:

* Has strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to approach challenges analytically.
* Can translate data into insights and insights into action, driving measurable business improvements.
* Understands end-to-end business processes and can identify opportunities for optimisation, especially in partner onboarding and sales journeys.
* Works well with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, marketing, product, and tech.
* Is comfortable working with data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
* Can manage or support projects, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and in scope.
* Communicates clearly, turning complex findings into simple recommendations stakeholders can act on.
* Can take ownership of tasks and influence business performance direction.
* Has an eye for detail but also the ability to step back and see the bigger picture.

_Desirable: Experience in fintech, financial services, or a high-growth environment. Familiarity with project management methods (Agile/Waterfall) and process improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma)._

*What you'll be doing*

* Analyse performance data and provide actionable insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
* Support and lead projects that improve partner journeys, onboarding processes, and overall profitability.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver solutions.
* Build dashboards, reports, and models to track KPIs and measure success.
* Identify and document business processes, recommending improvements and innovations.
* Help translate strategy into execution by providing the fact base for decision-making.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Stay ahead of trends in business analytics and bring fresh ideas to the table.

* Salary: £35-42k
* Hours: 37hrs a week
* Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays rising to 30 with service
* Location: Cheltenham + remote hybrid flexibility
