Business Analyst | IT & Technology - £50,000 p/a

This company runs a complex, operationally critical transport service. Systems matter. Processes matter. When they do not work properly, customers, staff, and operations feel it immediately.

The Business Analyst will help the business understand how work is actually done today, where systems and processes slow things down, and what needs to change to improve reliability and efficiency.

This is a hands-on role. You will spend time with teams across the business, mapping current processes, running workshops, and turning practical business problems into clear system requirements that development teams can deliver against.

What the role involves

• Understanding current working practices across operational and support teams
• Mapping processes, data flows, and system usage
• Running structured stakeholder meetings and workshops
• Translating business needs into clear functional and system requirements
• Supporting changes across reservations, ERP, CRM, and web systems
• Working with development teams through delivery and implementation
• Helping teams adopt new systems and ways of working
