Business Assistant


We are a dynamic and growing kitchen manufacturer, committed to delivering excellence and innovation. To support our leadership team and streamline operations, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our team.


This will lead to a more senior role going forwards and a long term career with the business.


You will be working very closely with the MD and will become an integral part of the management team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to executives and managers
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
  • Assist with project management, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Conduct research and compile data to support business decisions
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth communication
  • Handle confidential information with discretion


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in administration, business support, or executive assistance preferred
  • Professional demeanor and a problem-solving mindset
