Where will you be working?
At M Group, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide end-to-end solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering, and home decarbonisation.
Home Decarbonisation
We’re working to eliminate fuel poverty by providing end-to-end management in energy efficiency and carbon reduction. Our team works closely with homeowners and local authorities to provide home energy advice to prepare for Net Zero.
This is a home-based role, but there will be a requirement for frequent travel to our offices in Sutton, Aylesbury, and elsewhere across the country.

What will you be doing?
We're looking for a Business Development Account Manager who will manage a varied and challenging workload, supporting the Senior Business Development Manager in managing supply chain accounts and business development efforts. You will join a successful, high-performing team and gain invaluable insight into the low carbon and energy efficiency sectors. You will need to demonstrate relevant contract and partner management skills. The ideal candidate is expected to assist with business development opportunities and work as part of a team on wider opportunities across the whole company. Additional responsibilities include supply chain onboarding, account management, monitoring installation standards, partner engagement, issuing SLAs, and supply chain improvement.
What you’ll bring
- Knowledge of government-funded retrofit and energy efficiency programmes
- Understanding of the retrofit industry and installation processes for insulation, heating, and renewables in domestic properties
- Strong account and partner management skills
- Proven experience in managing stakeholders
- Excellent reporting and presenting abilities, with a sales bias to expand partnerships
