They are expanding their sales team and seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to support continued growth. Responsibilities
Outbound B2B calling to new and existing clients Building rapport and understanding client needs Managing the full sales cycle, including virtual meetings Developing new business opportunities and maintaining a strong pipeline Updating CRM systems accurately Working closely with internal teams and reporting to the Sales Director
What You\'ll Need
2+ years' business development experience Proven success hitting KPIs and sales targets Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Telesales experience essential Health & Safety or Occupational Hygiene knowledge (desirable)
