About the Role The Business Development Director will play a key role in:
Leading and shaping OneRen’s business development strategy Overseeing the delivery of the cultural events programme and commercial services Leading a dynamic team that includes marketing and communications, commercial events, sales, fundraising, retail and catering Identifying and driving new commercial opportunities to ensure financial objectives are met Strengthening partnerships across Renfrewshire and beyond Supporting organisational growth, sustainability, and innovation Contributing to the wider leadership team and strategic decision-making
