Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and strengthen referral relationships within the property sector. This role is focused on increasing conveyancing instructions through targeted relationship-building, strategic partnerships, and consistent market engagement.


You are expected to:


•\tDevelop and implement a business development strategy to increase conveyancing referrals

•\tBuild, manage, and grow relationships with key introducers, including:

•\tEstate agents

•\tMortgage brokers

•\tFinancial advisers

•\tProperty developers and investors

•\tIdentify and secure new referral partnerships to drive a consistent pipeline of work

•\tMaintain regular contact with referrers through meetings, calls, and events

•\tRepresent at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings

•\tCollaborate closely with fee earners and internal teams to ensure excellent client service and retention

•\tTrack and report on referral performance, conversion rates, and ROI

•\tIdentify market trends and opportunities within the conveyancing sector

•\tSupport marketing initiatives, including campaigns, social media engagement, and events


Key Requirements:


•\tProven experience in business development, ideally within:

•\tConveyancing

•\tLegal services

•\tProperty or real estate sector

•\tStrong existing network of property professionals (desirable)

•\tDemonstrable track record of generating referrals and increasing revenue

•\tExcellent communication and relationship-building skills

•\tCommercially minded with a results-driven approach

•\tHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple relationships

•\tSelf-motivated and able to work independently
