Experience: You’ll bring substantial experience in corporate fundraising within the charity sector, with a strong track record of securing six- or seven-figure partnerships. A Team Leader: You have the skills and experience to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing new business team. Strategic: You’re a relationship builder and influencer, able to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Organised: You’ll thrive in a matrix environment and can manage competing priorities with confidence and clarity.
