Business Development Manager - Electronic Components

A Business Development Manager with Electronic Component sales experience is required to ideally focus across the defence, military, and aerospace markets, as well as others. This Electronic Component BDM position, involves developing and managing relationships with new and existing accounts, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales within the open, grey, and non-franchised markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for networking at all levels, presenting company capabilities, and securing new business while working closely with internal sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with clients in the defence, military and aerospace sectors.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the open, grey, and non-franchised markets.
* Implement and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
* Conduct client visits and present company capabilities effectively.
* Network within customer organisations to build strong relationships at all levels.
* Analyse customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities to develop sales strategies.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating responses to RFQs and leads.
