An elite global law firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its Global Clients & Industries team, supporting a high-profile Private Capital practice.

The role

• Manage relationships for a portfolio of key and priority Private Capital clients
• Partner with senior leaders and client relationship teams to drive growth and revenue opportunities
• Develop and deliver go-to-market and client growth strategies
• Lead and support industry initiatives, client outreach programmes, and flagship events
• Analyse and report on client financials, pipeline activity, and relationship mapping
• Support major pitches, proposals, panels, and RFPs
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on thought leadership and client engagement

About you

• 5+ years’ experience in business development or marketing within professional services
• Prior experience in a law firm or international organisation preferred
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercially focused, proactive, and highly organised
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player with a positive, resilient approach
