Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development Manager for our West Bromwich location. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the expansion of our client base. Day-to-day responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, researching new markets, developing sales proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client and business growth goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and relationship-building skills
  • Market research and analysis expertise to identify new opportunities
  • Proficient in communication, presentations, and negotiation
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and align goals to drive results
  • Previous experience in a B2B environment, preferably in manufacturing, fabrication, or supply chain industries
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
