Business Development Manager – 3PL FulfilmentPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager – 3PL Fulfilment to join our well-established client who are a fast-growing 3PL fulfilment client based in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling business where you won't just be selling a service — you'll help shape the commercial growth strategy.The business supports ambitious eCommerce brands across fashion, lifestyle and consumer goods, helping them scale operations through flexible fulfilment solutions.This role offers genuine progression with a clear pathway towards senior leadership as the company expands.Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, plus 1 in 3 weekendsSalary: £55,000 plus £5,000 car allowance Benefits include: Field-based autonomyClear progression to Head of SalesFast-growing and entrepreneurial businessOpportunity to build and shape the sales functionWork with exciting eCommerce brandsLong-term career development Day-to-day duties: As a Business Development Manager – 3PL Fulfilment , your duties will include (but not be limited to): Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboardingGenerating new business through outbound activity, partnerships and eventsBuilding and managing a strong sales pipelinePresenting fulfilment solutions to SME and mid-market brandsNegotiating commercial agreements and closing dealsCollaborating with operations and IT teams to design workable solutionsGrowing accounts through upselling value-added servicesRepresenting the business at exhibitions and networking eventsSupporting and shaping the company's overall sales strategy Essential skills: To be successful as a Business Development Manager – 3PL Fulfilment, you will need: 3–5 year's experience within a 3PL, fulfilment or logistics sales environmentProven ability to generate and win new business (hunter mentality)Experience selling to eCommerce brandsStrong commercial and negotiation skillsAbility to build relationships with decision-makersStrategic and entrepreneurial mindsetComfortable working in a scaling business environment Desirable experience: Existing network of contacts within eCommerce or retail brandsKnowledge of pick & pack, returns, or value-added services (e.g. branded packaging, kitting)Experience attending trade shows or industry networking eventsUnderstanding of pricing models, rate cards and solution design Training: Full training will be provided, with ongoing development support.Contact: If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a Business Development Manager – 3PL Fulfilment , apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more.People Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.JBRP1_UKTJ
