A high-growth technology business is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of outbound sales activity and revenue generation.
This is a pure new business role, ideal for a proactive and motivated sales professional who thrives on building pipelines, developing relationships and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Generate and convert new business opportunities Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline Carry out structured outbound sales activity including prospecting and lead generation Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close Achieve and exceed revenue targets Maintain accurate records and pipeline reporting within the CRM systemRequirements:
Proven B2B sales or business development experience Track record of generating leads and winning new business Confident managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Target-driven with a proactive approach to outbound sales What's Offered:
