About the role:
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who can spot opportunity, build powerful partnerships, and turn conversations into long‑term commercial success. If you’re driven by growth, relationships, and making things happen, this is your chance to shape the future of FM with us. This full‑time position is ideally suited to a candidate based in or around the M62 corridor, with regular travel across the North of England and Scotland.
The role will focus on targeting commercial and industrial businesses within designated sectors, identifying opportunities to deliver integrated FM solutions that meet client needs. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of new opportunities, engaging key decision‑makers, and securing local and regional FM contracts through a consultative and relationship‑driven sales approach.
This includes developing new client relationships, managing the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through to contract award, and working closely with internal operational teams to ensure proposals are aligned with service delivery capabilities and client expectations.
