Business Development Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a fast growing, commercially focused organisation operating within a regulated, infrastructure led environment. This role sits within a national sales division and focuses on winning new business and developing long term client relationships across a broad range of enterprise and multi site customers. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying, shaping and closing complex opportunities, particularly where solutions involve ongoing service, maintenance and future expansion. This is a highly consultative role, well suited to someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship led sales and building long term commercial value rather than one off transactions.

Location: Ideally based in Leeds, Sheffield or Manchester due to travel links. This is a remote role with regional client coverage - you must drive.

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 basic + car allowance + commission (commission structure to be confirmed for 2026)

Requirements for Business Development Manager:
Strong commercial experience in a Business Development, Sales or New Business focused role

Proven ability to win new business through consultative selling and negotiation
