THE ROLE: As the New Business Rep you will be responsible for selling a specialist range of capital equipment ranging from £25K-95K per unit. Specialising in endoscope sterilisation and reprocessing equipment, along with associated consumables and accessories, targeted both NHS and private hospitals.

  • You will work with multiple stakeholders including endoscopy units, infection prevention and control teams, EBME departments and procurement
  • Managing the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities through to tender submissions and implementation.
  • A key part of the role will involve winning new business, converting competitor accounts and building long-term strategic partnerships across your accounts.
  • You will have autonomy in your territory while being supported by a collaborative and experienced wider team.

THE PERSON:

* Proven experience selling medical equipment into the NHS

* A track record of winning new business and converting competitor accounts

* Strong understanding of NHS procurement processes, frameworks and tenders

* Full driving licence

THE PACKAGE:

* Basic salary: £50,000 - £55,000

* Bonus: £20,000 OTE (uncapped)

* Electric or hybrid company car or £650 per month car allowance
