Job Title: Business Development Manager

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4pm on a Friday. This role will involve an out of hours flexible approach.

Candour Talent Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our team in the Manchester area.

This role presents a unique chance to become a part of a dedicated team within a well-established Recruitment business.

Job Description:

* Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our client base.

* Building strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions.

* Ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.

* Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.

In addition to the above daily duties there will be other role requirements

* Forecasting kept up to date on internal databases.

* Management meetings and reporting regularly.

* Understanding what to manage and when to escalate.

* Compliance and general admin duties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales
