On behalf of an established, quality homecare and complex care provider, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Care Coordinator, working with the Registered Manager of the service to organise the running of the service and produce work schedules for the team of Care Workers, in the Burnley area.

The Care Coordinator Role:

As Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring care packages run smoothly and clients receive safe, high-quality care. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys juggling priorities and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating care packages and managing rotas Liaising with care staff, clients, and families Handling day-to-day scheduling and cover Supporting compliance and care delivery standards Responding to changes and emergencies efficiently The Care Coordinator Candidate:

Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or scheduling role (homecare experience essential) Strong organisational and communication skills Confident using care management systems Calm under pressure and solutions-focused Passionate about delivering high-quality care The Care Coordinator Package:
