Design and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals tailored to a variety of dietary needs (including vegetarian, diabetic, and texture-modified diets)
Lead, train, and inspire your team to consistently deliver excellence
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
Manage stock, budgets, and suppliers efficiently while minimising waste
Engage directly with residents to understand preferences and elevate their dining experience
Introduce fresh ideas and seasonal menus that bring enjoyment to every mealtime
Collaborate with senior staff to ensure care and catering go hand in hand
About You Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
Strong knowledge of nutrition, specialist diets, and food safety standards
A natural leader who can motivate and develop a team
Organised, commercially aware, and confident managing a kitchen operation
