This role is being advertised on behalf of our client, who is seeking a dedicated and commercially aware leader to oversee the successful operation of their care home.As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining compliance and achieving strong operational performance.Operating within a regulated environment, you will be required to have a thorough understanding of CQC standards and all relevant legislation. You will also play a key role in maintaining occupancy levels and achieving financial targets.You will benefit from strong support both internally and externally, including Operations and Central teams, as well as an established in-home team consisting of a Deputy Manager, Administrator, and Hospitality and Housekeeping teams.??
