We are looking for an experienced and motivated Careers and Employability Adviser to join our dynamic Enterprise, Employability and Careers (EEC) team. This is a key role within our student support services, working with a wide range of learners across post-16 and adult education. You will provide personalised guidance and coordinate high-quality careers education and employability activities that support progression into university, apprenticeships, employment or enterprise. About the Role This role is offered on a full-time, fixed-term basis. The contract will start in October 2025 and end in July 2026. You will work closely with the EEC Manager, curriculum teams and external partners to plan and deliver an engaging careers programme aligned with the Matrix Standard and Gatsby Benchmarks. You will support learners through one-to-one guidance, targeted group sessions and by leading events such as careers fairs, employer talks, and university visits.
