Careers and Employability Advisor Location: North London Job Type: Full-time (35 hours per week) Salary: £18-22 per hour We are seeking three Careers and Employability Advisors to join our client's team. This role involves assisting in the planning and delivery of comprehensive careers education, enterprise, and employability programmes for students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in careers guidance and a passion for supporting students in achieving their career aspirations. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the planning and delivery of careers education, enterprise, and employability programmes in collaboration with the Enterprise, Employability, and Careers Manager and other partners. Conduct one-to-one confidential interviews with students to support their career aspirations. Plan and deliver group work activities focused on Higher Education, Apprenticeships, and Employability Skills. Support students with Higher Education Finance and Bursary support, including working with Student Finance England and universities. Assist in the development of resources, including e-resources, to support careers, higher education, apprenticeships, employment, and training courses.
