Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join a busy social housing maintenance team working across properties Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa and the surrounding areas.

This is a long-term fixed term contract position carrying out a mixture of day-to-day repairs, planned works, and general maintenance within occupied and void properties.

The ideal candidate will be a strong 2nd Fix Carpenter with reliable multi-trade skills and the ability to work independently, delivering high-quality repairs to a good standard.

Key Responsibilities

As a Carpenter Multi-Trader, your duties will include:

Completing carpentry repairs, renewals and installations in occupied properties

Undertaking multi-trade works including:

Plumbing repairs (like-for-like)

Tiling (mainly splashbacks)

*

Patch plastering

*

Painting & decorating

*

General domestic repairs

*

Working towards a first-time fix wherever possible
