Case Manager - Private Client

A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an experienced candidate within probate who is ready to step into a more advanced, client-facing role within its established Private Client team.
\n\n
This is an excellent opportunity to move beyond traditional paralegal duties into a -earning position, taking ownership of probate matters while working closely with experienced lawyers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
\n\n
Key responsibilities include:
\n\n
\n\t Assisting with the administration of estates from instruction through to completion \n\t
Preparing probate applications and associated legal documentation \n\t
Maintaining accurate estate accounts and financial records \n\t
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties daily \n\t
Assisting with the collection and distribution of estate assets \n\t
Supporting the preparation of inheritance tax returns \n\t
Providing regular updates to senior earners and partners \n\t
Ensuring high standards of client care and regulatory compliance \n\t
Supporting business development activities and attending relevant event \n

About You
\n\n
\n\t Previous experience within Private Client / Probate \n\t
Currently working as a Paralegal or in a similar role \n\t
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail \n\t
Confident communicator with a professional and empathetic approach to clients \n\t
Able to manage sensitive matters with discretion and integrity \n\t
Law degree, CILEX qualification, or equivalent experience \n
