Catastrophic Injury Solicitor - up to £59,000 + Excellent Benefits Package - Generous Bonus Scheme


A leading national law firm, renowned for its specialist insurance litigation practice and exceptional client service, is seeking to expand its Catastrophic Injury team with the appointment of a Solicitor.


This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a Legal 500-ranked Partner on high-value and complex defendant personal injury claims involving major insurers, Counsel and expert witnesses. The team handles some of the most significant large loss cases in the UK, offering exceptional exposure and career development for someone looking to progress within high-end defence litigation.


There is a consistent flow of quality instructions from long-standing insurer clients, and the firm is looking for a driven and organised individual with a passion for complex injury work.


Key Requirements


  • Qualified Solicitor (0–3 PQE)
  • Experience in defendant catastrophic or large loss injury claims (ideal but not essential if strong transferable litigation experience)
  • Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills
  • High level of IT competency
  • Ambitious, proactive and eager to develop within high-value defence litigation
