Location: Sheffield Rate £16.93 (£34,334 per annum) Centre Lathe Turner required for a well-established specialist supplier of hydraulic and Electric Submersible Pumps. The successful Candidate will be undertaking Setting and Operating Manual Lathes. It is envisioned that the successful candidate will come from a background in Manual Machining with a strong level of turning experience, have completed a Mechanical apprenticeship and be based within a commutable distance of Sheffield. Centre Lathe Turner Job Overview Set and operate Manual Lathes Calculator dimensions and tolerances using Micrometres, Vernier's, Callipers, etc. Monitor Feed and speed of manufacturing machinery Measuring and recording build tolerances and determine parts that require repair.
