As Centre Manager, you’ll set the tone, and ensure a seamless client experience, whilst maintaining the high standards expected by our clients.Key Responsibilities:Build strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding/offboardingIdentify operational improvements to ensure high standardsFoster a culture of positivity and professionalism while driving team growth and individual progressionLead team meetings, task delegation and performance oversightManage suppliers and contractorsConduct sales viewings and maintain centre-wide sales forecast awarenessAdminister client billing and invoicing processesOversee facilities and ensure health and safety complianceRespond to building issues and emergencies as neededCANDIDATE PROFILEIf you enjoy thriving in fast-paced environments, then you’ll feel right at home here.
