The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
Strong knowledge of classical & modern cooking techniques
Confidence across multiple sections (grill, larder, garnish, sauce)
Excellent presentation and consistency under pressure
A positive, team-focused mindset
Must be able to drive due to location
