Chef de Partie - Fine Dining, Canapés & High-Volume Service | Monday-Friday | 7:30am-4:00pm
Join a talented brigade of nine chefs delivering exceptional fine-dining experiences, from elegant plated dishes to beautifully crafted canapés and premium hospitality bites. We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie who brings precision, creativity and efficiency to a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. This Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm role offers the perfect blend of work-life balance and culinary challenge in a refined, professional environment.
You'll take ownership of your station and contribute to the preparation of high-end canapés, finger foods, bowl food and premium event menus. Working closely with senior chefs, you'll ensure every item-whether a delicate canapé or a large-batch fine-dining dish-is delivered with impeccable presentation and consistency. Your Role Prepare, assemble and present luxury canapés, fine-dining bites, and high-volume menu items.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail in both small-format and plated dishes.
Run your section confidently throughout the 7:30am-4:00pm day.
Work collaboratively within a nine-chef brigade to deliver efficient, seamless service.
Uphold strict HACCP, allergen, hygiene and food safety standards.
Support mise en place for large-volume hospitality events and corporate functions.
Keep your station clean, organised and fully compliant at all times.
Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, labelling and correct storage procedures.
Help guide and support junior team members when required.
What You Bring Experience preparing high-end canapés, bowl food and event-style fine-dining items.
Background in AA Rosette, Michelin or luxury 5-star kitchens.
Ability to handle high-volume service with precision and calm.
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to exceptional presentation.
