As Chef de Partie you will:
Run your own section confidently during service
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Work across different areas of the kitchen as required
Support junior chefs andcontribute to a positive team culture
Maintain excellent hygiene and organisational standards
Demonstrate passion, reliability and a genuine love for fresh food
This role would suit a strong Commis Chef ready to step up, or an existing Chef de Partie looking to join a respected and fast-paced kitchen with real scope for progression.
