Join our kitchen team at a large, food-led media building located just 10 minutes from Borough Market, serving approximately 4,000 people on site. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-volume, production-style operation focused on consistency, quality, and scale.
What you'll be doing as a Chef de Partie: Rotating through different sections to build full knowledge of the operation Running your own section and maintaining consistency during service Preparing and delivering high-quality food at volume for breakfast and lunch Supporting hospitality and event catering, including bowl food, canapés, and finger food (1-2 events per month) Maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation Working proactively within a fast-paced, production-led kitchen environment
Who you'll need to succeed as a Chef de Partie: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Junior CDP ready to step up Background in contract catering, staff dining, banqueting, high-volume production, or events Confident working independently while maintaining a strong pace Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach Comfortable working in a structured, commercial kitchen environment
