Excellent Opportunity - Busy Hotel - Bracknell - Straight Shifts

Our client based at this busy hotel in the Wokingham & Bracknell area are recruiting a Chef de Partie for their kitchen brigade. This is an opportunity to join a superb hotel that has an excellent reputation for its food in a busy restaurant as well as functions. The hotel can offer a 45 hour week and straight shifts.

The Role
Working on the all Section's except Pastry
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each service
Managing and ordering your own section
Keeping and maintaning hygiene standards and work areas clean
The Person
Already an experienced Chef de Partie
Experience of working in a busy Hotel or restaurant
Excellent communication skills
Capable and able to work unsupervised
