About the Role: Youll be part of a large, busy hotel kitchen catering to a high volume of guests each day. The kitchen is divided into several sections, including grill and larder, and is committed to delivering dishes that meet brand standards every time. Working alongside the Head Chef and senior team, youll help ensure all food is prepared and presented to specification. This position is ideal for a Chef de Partie who thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment and takes pride in producing high-quality dishes with strong presentation.
